John Kruger
Founder/Chief Executive Officer
Santa Monica native John Kruger got his start in 1995 as an electrical apprentice with Begin Electric. In 1997, John became a licensed California electrician, and he founded his business, Electric Automation, Inc., that same year.
John’s passion for innovation, his commitment to quality work, and his impeccable, ethical business practices have helped Electric Automation, Inc. build a large client base over the past 25 years.
Today, John leads the company as the Chief Executive Officer for Electric Automation, Inc.
Marta Kruger
Chief Financial Officer
Marta Kruger serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Electric Automation, Inc. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing the company's financial operations, managing accounting procedures, and executing the company’s financial strategy. Marta works closely with John Kruger, the Electric Automation CEO, to develop financial plans that focus on increasing company growth and profitability while ensuring best practices are maintained for achieving financial stability.
Pilar Leff
Director of Operations
Serving as the Director of Operations for Electric Automation, Pilar Leff is responsible for maintaining effective operating procedures across the company. Pilar oversees client support services and manages procurement and resource allocation. She also works closely with the human resources department to recruit personnel and oversees employee development and training programs.
